    This 1300 wood chipper with Loncin G420F engine has a 4-wheel chassis to make moving the machine even easier.

    The compact and powerful GTM 1300 has a high capacity to easily shred fresh branches up to 10 cm in diameter (dry wood up to 8 cm). With a moisture fraction of 60-70%, the 1300 processes a maximum of 880 kg of mixed cuttings per hour.

    The efficient rotor chipping system automatically pulls the branches inside, which guarantees a high working speed. On the rotor, two PRO-blades are mounted that rotate along the counter blade at a high speed. The PRO-blades made of high-alloy steel have an extra-long life and are provided with two cutting edges. When both sides are worn out, the blades can be sharpened (always have this done by a specialist).

    The 1300 has a robust design with refined details, the ideal machine for tree maintenance, landscaping, and forestry. A turnable output and towbar are available as an option.

    After chipping, the wood chips are ejected high through the output. Set the desired direction with the adjustable deflector and blow the wood chips directly into a wheelbarrow or trailer. The chips are ideal for ground cover or for filling up borders and pathways.

    A turnable output is optionally available for more variations to output directions.

    Safety switches

    The safety switches on the input and output block the operation of the machine during (maintenance) work. For optimum safety during this work, the rotation of the rotor can also be blocked with the rotor lock.

    Chipping system

    The chipping system consists of a metal drum (rotor) on which two PRO-blades are mounted that rotate along the counter blade on a high speed. Branches are automatically pulled inside and effortlessly processed into beautiful sized, fine wood chips.

    The PRO-blades are made of a special metal alloy and last twice as long as normal blades. The blades have two cutting edges and can be turned around when one side is worn out. When both sides are worn out, you can have the blades sharpened or replaced. Always have this done by an expert.

    The chipping system works quickly, efficiently and has a high capacity. With a moisture fraction of 60-70%, the GTS1300 processes a maximum of 880 kg of mixed cuttings per hour.

    Wheels

    The 1300 4-wheel is on two wide, steady wheels made of thick rubber and is easy to manoeuvre. Steering is no hassle with two swivel wheels, mounted on a swing axle at the front.

    Frame

    The compact dimensions make it possible to transport the machine on a trailer or in a van. With a total width of just 77 cm, this wood chipper fits easily through a garden gate or small alley. The rigid chassis with two pneumatic wheels and two swivel wheels makes the machine stable and easy to manoeuvre.

    As a safety feature the input is equipped with a panic bar. When the panic bar is used the engine is directly stopped.

    The input guides fresh branches up to Ø 10 (dead wood up to Ø 8 cm) to the chipping system. Because of the size of the input it is rarely necessary to remove side branches beforehand. This guarantees a high working speed.

    The rubber flaps in the input prevent chipped material from being thrown back to the user.
