    The 1800P is powered via the power take-off of all brands of tractors with Cat. 1 connection. The big advantage of a PTO-driven wood chipper is that the machine can be moved easily and quickly and does not require separate engine maintenance.

    This powerhouse easily chips fresh wood up to a diameter of 14 cm and is equipped as standard with a turnable output. The safety mechanism works independently of the tractor and the 1800P is certified by TÜV Rheinland.

    The 1800P comes standard with a turnable output. Wood chips are ejected high and can easily be collected in a wheelbarrow or trailer.

    The chips are ideal for ground cover of borders and pathways.

    Chipping system

    The chipping system consists of a metal drum (rotor) on which two PRO-blades are mounted that rotate along the counter blade on a high speed. Branches are automatically pulled in and effortlessly processed into beautiful, fine wood chips.

    The PRO-blades are made of a special metal alloy and last twice as long as normal blades. De blades have two cutting edges and can be turned around when one side is worn out. When both sides are worn out, you can have the blades sharpened or replaced. Always have this done by an expert.

    Towbar

    Attach a trailer to the wood chipper to collect large quantities of wood chips.

    PTO drive Cat. 1 connection

    Min. 25 hp / 18.4 kW

    The wood chipper is equipped with a PTO shaft to connect to all brands of tractors with a category 1 connection of min. 25 hp (18.4 kW). With a few adjustments, the 1800P can also be connected to category 1 tractors of 15 hp (the branch diameter will become 12 cm) or category 2 tractors.

    Panic bar

    When the panic bar is used, the rotor drive is interrupted mechanically. This requires no electrical connection to the tractor, the safety mechanism works completely independently.

    Input

    - Input dimensions: 38 x 56 cm
    - Input height: 100 cm

    The input guides fresh branches up to Ø 14 (dead wood up to Ø 12 cm) to the chipping system. Because of the size of the input it is rarely necessary to remove side branches beforehand. This guarantees a high working speed.

    The rubber flaps in the input prevent chipped material from being thrown back to the user.
